Teste da bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de colocar o compressor em funcionamento, \u00e9 essencial testar a bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar, especialmente se o compressor tiver estado parado durante muito tempo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prima o bot\u00e3o <strong>Menu principal<\/strong> e selecionar o bot\u00e3o <strong>Teste<\/strong> op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No ecr\u00e3 de teste, selecionar <strong>Ecr\u00e3 de teste 3<\/strong> para aceder ao menu de teste da bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escolher <strong>Teste<\/strong> para ativar a bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar. Em seguida, prima <strong>Estado<\/strong> para verificar a temperatura e a press\u00e3o do \u00f3leo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para parar a bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar, selecionar <strong>Normal<\/strong> no menu pendente em <strong>Teste da bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento de arranque<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando o teste da bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar estiver conclu\u00eddo, voltar ao ecr\u00e3 de arranque:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puxar o bot\u00e3o de paragem de emerg\u00eancia para permitir o arranque. O ecr\u00e3 apresentar\u00e1 a indica\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>PARADO<\/strong> at\u00e9 o bot\u00e3o ser libertado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prima o bot\u00e3o <strong>In\u00edcio<\/strong> bot\u00e3o. Aparecer\u00e1 uma caixa de di\u00e1logo de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o. Selecionar <strong>Confirmar in\u00edcio<\/strong> para ativar o compressor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uma vez confirmado, a bomba de \u00f3leo auxiliar arranca. Ap\u00f3s 15 segundos, o alarme de baixa press\u00e3o de \u00f3leo e a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de desligamento autom\u00e1tico ser\u00e3o activados. Se a temperatura do \u00f3leo for superior a 23\u00b0C, o motor ser\u00e1 autorizado a arrancar. Se a temperatura do \u00f3leo se mantiver abaixo dos 23\u00b0C durante mais de 15 minutos, o processo de arranque ser\u00e1 cancelado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aviso<\/strong>: N\u00e3o arrancar com o <strong>FS-ELLIOTT <a href=\"https:\/\/baldor-air.com\/pt\/compressor-de-ar-de-parafuso-isento-de-oleo\/\">compressor de parafuso<\/a><\/strong> diretamente com alta press\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se o arranque for bem sucedido, as seguintes mensagens aparecer\u00e3o em sequ\u00eancia no ecr\u00e3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A l\u00f3gica de arranque come\u00e7a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O motor arranca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O motor acelera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compressor a funcionar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Procedimento de desativa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Para desligar o <a href=\"https:\/\/baldor-air.com\/pt\/compressor-de-ar-de-parafuso-isento-de-oleo\/\">compressor de ar de parafuso<\/a>siga estes passos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feche a v\u00e1lvula de sa\u00edda para isolar o compressor do sistema de ar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prima o bot\u00e3o <strong>Parar<\/strong> no ecr\u00e3, o que far\u00e1 aparecer uma caixa de di\u00e1logo de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o.
